In this update the contacts/customers a currency flag has been added.
This allows the program to automatically set the dispatch currency flag
when entering a customer. You still have an option to override this flag.
A few minor bugs have been fixed. The Dispatch Details have been re-sized
for better entry. A List of values has been added to the commodity for quicker
entry.

In this update the options flags have been added Auto Generate Contact Code,
Job Year Flag and Show Dollars on Driver Report.
